What does it mean to be a man today (expectations vs reality)?

That's one of the questions we chewed over at the launch of our first Men's Circle Group last week, where the theme was Archetypes - King, Warrior, Magician, Lover.

And the response?

Raw. Real. Relatable.

Men aged 18 to 30 showed up with honesty — not ego.

We talked about authenticity — not performative “masculinity”.

No fluff. No bravado. Just connection.

For many of us, it was the first time we’d sat in a space with other men and heard someone say:

“Yeah, I get that too.”

The impact?

Men feeling less alone

New friendships forming

And a reminder that vulnerability is not weakness — it’s a doorway to real strength.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a lecture.

It’s a call to stop sleepwalking through life.

And we’re doing it again.

🛡️ Tuesday 29th July | 7pm UK time (on Zoom)

The theme this time? The Hero’s Journey.

Think Joseph Campbell meets real life.

Every man is on a journey — whether he knows it or not.

Some of us are stuck in the Ordinary World — numbing out on autopilot.

Others are mid-crisis — facing dragons without knowing if we’ve got what it takes.

A few are starting to come home — changed, humbled, and ready to lead.

Wherever you are on your path — this workshop is for you.

We’ll be exploring:

⚔️ Where you are in your personal Hero’s Journey

🔥 What’s calling you forward (and what’s holding you back)

🧭 Tools for navigating life’s chaos with more purpose and direction

You don’t need to have come to the first session to join.

Just bring yourself — as you are.

Let’s rewrite the story of modern masculinity — one honest conversation at a time.

Join Kevin French and Francesca Melluzzi for the next pop up workshop.
