3,000 coaching sessions.

I’ve been sitting with that number today.

Not because it’s impressive on paper — but because of what it represents.

3,000 moments of trust.

3,000 times someone chose to show up honestly.

3,000 conversations where people let themselves be seen — in their doubt, ambition, exhaustion, brilliance, grief, courage.

My clients have been my greatest teachers.

They’ve taught me about resilience, about humour in the dark places, about the quiet strength it takes to change patterns that once kept us safe. They’ve taught me how much can happen when someone is truly listened to — without fixing, rescuing, or rushing to judgement.

It is a genuine privilege to sit with people as they navigate their work and their lives.

To hold space with presence.

To witness vulnerable stories.

To support people not just to perform, but to thrive — on their own terms.

2025 has been my busiest year yet.

It’s also been a year of integration.

Bringing together lived experience, somatic experiencing, developmental trauma work, mental health coaching and neurodiversity, and a deeper trust in the art of being.

Less proving.

More grounding.

Less striving.

More truth.

I’m deeply grateful — to every client who trusted the process, and themselves.

Roll on 2026.

I have a feeling it’s going to be something special.
