Somatic Experiencing advanced training

This was me on my Somatic Experiencing advanced training a few weeks ago. The theme of the week was working with syndromes. We explored energy wells, polyvagal theory in practice, eye work, and we began working with touch. I feel a deep sense of gratitude for this healing work.
